

Grant for the energy renovation of individual homes
The government-backed Casa Verde product, managed by CNED under FEERM, provides non-repayable support to households implementing energy-efficiency and renewable-energy measures in individual homes. In August 2026, applications submitted under the second call remain under evaluation.

Call II closed on 21 March 2026 after reaching the ceiling of 1,000 applications. No new applications are currently accepted; applications will be possible only if CNED announces a later call, exclusively through the FEERM platform. Do not contract works before confirming the required stages and eligibility.
