Casa Verde provides households with a grant for the energy renovation of individual homes. By 18 September 2026, the Component I evaluation for Call II had ended: 757 applications were approved and 231 files had reached Component II approval.

Call II closed on 21 March 2026 after reaching approximately 1,000 applications. No new application can be submitted unless CNED opens a later call. Read the dedicated guide before contracting works.

The EBRD facility supports residential energy-efficiency and renewable-energy investments, including eligible photovoltaic systems. Participating institutions provide the finance, while the grant component is paid only after implementation and verification.

The exact percentage depends on the applicant category and the technologies included. Check eligibility in the Green Technology Selector before ordering. Energy storage may also be required for certain building-level photovoltaic projects.

The new agricultural policy framework includes interventions for farm modernisation, climate resilience and renewable energy. A photovoltaic system may qualify when it forms part of the agricultural investment covered by the intervention and applicant guide currently in force.

There is no single permanent percentage for all photovoltaic projects. The ceiling, own contribution, deadline and eligible expenditure are set by each call's guide. Confirm the current call before signing contracts or making payments.

This instrument supports business modernisation and environmentally beneficial investment. On the verification date, ODA lists the call as temporarily closed; the figures below are useful for preparing for a possible new intake.

Do not treat the call as open until ODA publishes a new application period. De minimis rules and the cumulative ceiling stipulated by the instrument apply.

A product for small and medium-sized enterprises making sustainable investments. Its published list covers renewable-energy and energy-efficiency technologies, including photovoltaic-system components.

Credit approval and the availability of funds remain with the participating financial institution. Request written confirmation of eligible costs and assess foreign-exchange risk separately for EUR financing.

The programme finances business investments, and photovoltaic and wind equipment are expressly listed as eligible uses. The state compensates the difference between the market interest rate and the portion paid by the beneficiary.

This remains a loan, not a grant. The financial institution assesses creditworthiness, collateral and cash flow. Foreign-exchange risk must be assessed separately for loans denominated in foreign currency.

The instrument may support green projects and investments that reduce business operating costs. For photovoltaic projects, the relevant use is electricity generation for the company's own consumption.
